You have 3-5 years in product management, fluent with APIs and data flows, and hands-on experience with generative AI. You will translate client needs into clear requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, digital product delivery, technology or solutions consulting, or a related role.
• Experience owning technically complex software products or features from discovery through delivery with engineering teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI and modern AI product development.

Responsibilities

• Own the product: define priorities, roadmap, backlog, and requirements for earned-first strategy workflows.
• Research user behavior through interviews, workflow observation, pilots, and feedback.
• Shape the user experience by translating complex workflows into clear journeys with UX and engineering.
• Manage stakeholders across account teams, strategists, creatives, leadership, and technical partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Build AI-native products by defining inputs, outputs, context, guardrails, and evaluation approaches.
