Edelman is seeking a Product Manager to own a core part of our AI-enabled earned-first workflows. You will collaborate with client teams, strategists, creatives, and engineers to turn insights into scalable product experiences that power earned media strategies.

You will translate complex agency workflows into intuitive user journeys, define priorities and roadmaps, and drive delivery from discovery through launch while incorporating feedback and measuring impact across campaigns and clients.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management or related field.
• Experience owning technically complex software products from discovery to delivery.
• Strong product judgment and ability to discuss APIs, data flows, and architecture with engineers.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI and modern AI product development.

Responsabilidades

• Define priorities, roadmap, backlog, and requirements for core earned-first workflows.
• Research user behavior through interviews, pilots, and feedback to identify friction and value.
• Translate complex agency workflows into clear user journeys and intuitive experiences.
• Build strong relationships with account teams, strategists, creatives, and technical partners.
• Translate user needs into clear requirements and work with engineers on design, build, test, and launch.
• Identify where AI, automation, and agentic workflows improve processes and define guardrails and evaluation methods.
• Define data needs and collaborate on APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Prototype quickly, pilot with real users, and iterate based on feedback.
