Cardinal Health seeks a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) to evolve a premier financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. This enterprise-scale product delivers insights to optimize specialty practice profitability, formulary decisions, and drug purchasing.

Formación

• 4–8 years of software product management experience with data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and Buy and Bill mechanics.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum, continuous product discovery, rapid prototyping, and UX research.
• Excellent communication and influence to align cross-functional leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Healthcare Admin, or equivalent.
• Experience with clinical/financial datasets (claims, remittance, GPO contracts).
• Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers for AI features.
• Oncology/urology/rheumatology/gastroenterology exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for an AI-first platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Bridge clinical and financial data across platforms and contracts.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle with a prioritized backlog.
• Capture VOC via CABs and engage practitioners to validate prototypes.
