Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will drive a financial intelligence platform to optimize profitability, formulary decisions, and drug purchasing for specialty practices.

You will champion an AI-first approach, design advanced scenario models, and partner with data scientists to create actionable tools for oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology practices to improve financial performance and care

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience shipping analytics or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with specialty healthcare economics and revenue cycle concepts.
• Strong Agile leadership, discovery, prototyping and user research.
• Excellent communication to align engineering, sales, and executives.
• Healthcare data fluency with clinical/financial datasets preferred.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists on ML/NLP projects preferred.
• Exposure to oncology/urology/rheumatology/gastroenterology domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for an AI-first financial intelligence platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Collaborate across product lines to connect clinical and financial data.
• Own end-to-end product development and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Engage customers and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure market fit.
