Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics to lead an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. You will shape the roadmap, model revenue scenarios, and align clinical and financial data to boost profitability for specialty practices.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience, with data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS a plus.
• Strong understanding of specialty healthcare economics, buy-and-bill mechanics, and formularies.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, and UX research.
• Excellent communication and influence to align engineering, sales, marketing, and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/NLP features is a plus.
• Exposure to oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and execution for an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and ASP/reimbursement scenarios.
• Bridge clinical and financial data to connect insights with GPO contracts, rebates, and distribution.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle, write user stories, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Engage with community clinics and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure product-market fit.
