Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) to lead an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. You will shape strategy, write user stories, and manage an agile backlog to maximize practice profitability across oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology.

Formación

• 4–8 years of software product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping data-heavy commercial enterprise analytics, financial technology, or B2B SaaS products preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, including Buy and Bill mechanics and ASP impact.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous product discovery, rapid prototyping, and user research.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the vision and execution for an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
• Optimize Practice Economics & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: Collaborate across product lines to bridge clinical and financial data with GPO contract performance and rebates.
• Execute with Product Excellence: Own end-to-end product development, write high-quality user stories, maintain prioritized backlog.
• Amplify the Voice of the Customer (VOC): Partner with community clinics and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure product-market fit.
