Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy commercial analytics, financial tech, or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, including Buy-and-Bill mechanics and ASP impact.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, discovery, prototyping, and user research.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, healthcare, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for an AI-first analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Drive platform and dataset synergies across product lines and contracts.
• Own end-to-end product development, writing user stories and prioritizing backlog.
• Amplify Voice of the Customer by collaborating with clinics, executives, and CABs.
