Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the AI-first analytics platform, shaping features that optimize practice profitability, formulary choices, and drug purchasing.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, Buy and Bill, ASP impact, formulary dynamics.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum, continuous product discovery, rapid prototyping, user research.
• Excellent communication and influence to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Business/Healthcare Admin or equivalent.
• Healthcare data fluency with clinical/transaction/contract datasets preferred.
• AI/ML and data science literacy with experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers.
• Experience with specialty therapeutic areas such as oncology, urology, rheumatology or gastroenterology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for an AI-first financial analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, ASP/reimbursement modeling.
• Bridge clinical and financial data; connect insights with contract performance and supplier data.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle; write user stories and maintain backlog.
• Capture VOC through CABs and frontline staff to ensure rapid product-market fit.
