Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the evolution of our financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform, an enterprise-scale solution to optimize practice profitability, formulary selection, and drug purchasing.

You will champion an AI-first approach to unlock insights from complex clinical, financial, and contract data, shaping tools for scenario modeling and predictive margin tracking across

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy analytics, enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and prescription/reimbursement dynamics.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum, discovery, prototyping, and UX research.
• Excellent communication skills to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/business/healthcare.
• Healthcare data fluency with complex datasets (claims, remittance, GPO contracts).
• Experience with AI/ML collaboration and NLP pipelines preferred.
• Exposure to oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for an AI-first financial intelligence platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Bridge clinical and financial data across platforms and contracts.
• Own end-to-end product development and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Engage customers and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure product-market fit.
