Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) to lead the evolution of an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. This role focuses on profitability, formulary dynamics, and buy-and-bill optimization within community specialty practices.

You will design advanced scenario tools and predictive margin trackers, collaborating across clinical and financial data domains to deliver an integrated commercial business suite.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of software product management experience, shipping data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, Buy and Bill mechanics, and formulary dynamics.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum, continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, and UX research.
  • Excellent communication skills to align engineering, sales, marketing, and executives around a product vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Healthcare Admin, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with clinical, transactional, or contract data such as medical claims/reconciliation preferred.
  • Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/AI workflows preferred.
  • Exposure to oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: guide the AI-first analytics platform with a clear vision and executable plan.
  • Optimize Practice Economics & RCM: define features for predictive margin tracking, leakage prevention, and ASP modeling.
  • Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: connect APA with GPO contracts, rebates, and distribution data for an integrated suite.
  • Execute with Product Excellence: own end-to-end lifecycle, write user stories, maintain prioritized backlog.
  • Amplify the Voice of the Customer: engage clinics and CABs to ensure rapid product-market fit.
