Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics within Biopharma Solutions. Lead the AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform to optimize specialty practice profitability and formulary decisions.

You will partner with clinicians, finance, and operations to design advanced scenario modeling tools and agile workflows that improve accuracy and speed in drug purchasing and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping data-heavy commercial enterprise analytics, financial technology, or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous product discovery, and user research.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience working with healthcare data, claims, remittance data, and contract datasets is preferred.
• Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/NLP projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for AI-first analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Drive platform and dataset synergies across product lines and contracts.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and maintain agile backlog.
• Capture VOC through CABs and industry practitioners to ensure market fit.
