Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change team and seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will partner with data scientists, own backlog, conduct user research, and drive cross-functional delivery to improve operational efficiency and decision quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product management, 2+ years with data science/engineering, and strong communication skills in Agile environments.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience from discovery through delivery.
2+ years partnering with data science and engineering to ship AI/ML products.
2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into product requirements.
2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
2+ years working in Agile environments with backlog ownership and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows and friction points.
Own squad backlog and sprint delivery, write requirements, set priorities, and manage scope.
Partner with data scientists to define model logic and product rules for recommendations.
Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
