Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change team and seeks a Product Manager to own discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will work with claims processors and data scientists to define requirements, manage backlogs, and drive value through AI-driven decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, collaboration with DS/Engineering, and strong user research skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams on AI/ML/analytics products.
• 2+ years conducting user research translating workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with claims processors to identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Own backlog and sprint delivery with clear priority setting and scope tradeoffs.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and rules for recommendations.
• Drive delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders in a matrixed setting.
• Define and track metrics for operational efficiency, decision quality, and adoption.
• Present product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
