Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change group and seeks a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for one of our flagship AI platforms in claims processing. This is a high-investment, high-visibility program with strong organizational support and a clear path to impact.

You will own user research, backlog and sprint delivery, partner with data science to define model logic, and drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and business partners to improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years of user research translating workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years in Agile environments: backlog ownership and sprint planning.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and discovery with claims processors to understand workflows and AI opportunities.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements, set priorities, and manage scope.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, decision quality, and adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners.
