You will run user research with claims processors, own the squad backlog, collaborate with data scientists, and partner with engineering and UX to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and decision quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery to delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering on AI/ML/analytics products.
• 2+ years of user research translating workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years of cross-functional delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years of Agile/backlog ownership and sprint planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research with claims processors to map workflows and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Own squad backlog and manage sprint delivery with clear priorities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to define model logic and product rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, and business partners.
• Define and track success metrics for operational efficiency and decision quality.
• Present product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners.
