Your Responsibilities:

• Sets the vision and strategy for the long term growth of the portfolio. Communicates across the organization and leads through influence to gain buy-in and achieve both short term and long term goals.
• Use influence to work cross functionally and across different Daikin global businesses to advance new services, offers, and product development programs with a North America focus
• Work with engineering and sourcing to enhance current service offerings and develop new offerings that are value driven and differentiate Daikin in the market
• Create and get DAA buy-in for a five-year vision to apply new technologies, leverage current and emerging technologies to drive new revenue streams and increase service productivity
• Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of 7-10 product managers.
• Create business requirements and documentation to ensure clear deliverables
• Develops new business, expands service offerings, and deploys initiatives with training and follow up to ensure growth
• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems
• Directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
• Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
• Create business plan including financial justification and forecasting, resource planning and project scheduling

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years of HVAC industry experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field– Engineering, Technical or Business
• 5+ years of people leadership experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,100 to $221,900 + up to 25% bonus eligibility in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
