Job summary

Daikin Applied in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Program Management Director to lead the growth and profitability of a strategic portfolio. You will set long-term vision, coordinate scheduling, pricing and performance, and collaborate across engineering and sourcing to drive new service offerings.

This role requires HVAC industry experience and strong leadership, with 7+ years in the field and 5+ years leading teams.

Qualifications

HVAC industry experience is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical or Business or related field.
5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Set vision and strategy for long-term portfolio growth.
Lead cross-functional work across Daikin global businesses to advance new services and offerings.
Create and gain buy-in for a five-year portfolio vision and identify new revenue opportunities.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 7–10 product managers.
Develop business requirements and documentation for clear deliverables.
Develop new business, expand service offerings, and deploy initiatives with training/follow-up.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Direct work of program incumbents from various departments.
Create business plans with financial justification and scheduling.
