• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets the vision and strategy for long-term portfolio growth.
• Influences cross-functionally across Daikin global businesses to advance services and offerings.
• Collaborates with engineering and sourcing to enhance current services and develop new offerings.
• Articulates a five-year vision to apply new technologies and drive new revenue streams.
• Leads and mentors a team of 7–10 product managers.
• Creates business requirements and documentation for clear deliverables.
• Develops new business, expands service offerings, and deploys initiatives.
• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules; solves program problems.
• Directs work of incumbents from various departments and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Acts as advisor to program team on projects and operations.
• Creates business plans with financial justification and forecasting.
