Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division seeks a Product Line Manager - Connected Products to lead digitally enabled hardware offerings from its Moon Township, PA office. Relocation assistance is available for qualified US candidates.

The role drives product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for meters, relays, and trip-units with full P&L responsibility, collaborating across engineering, sales, and channels to grow revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, strategic planning, operations, or product line management.
• This employer will not sponsor immigration visas.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Preferred: 3 years of people management experience.
• Preferred: 10 years of experience in sales, technical support, marketing, or engineering.
• Preferred: 5 years of experience in market analysis, marketing communications programs, product launches, and budget management.
• Preferred: 5 years of experience in providing sales/field support and performing customer/industry presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process for the product line and portfolio.
• Own the product roadmap and divisional product portfolio (Trip Units), driving development, upgrades, and market launches.
• Develop and execute go-to-market, pricing, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities across markets.
• Own full profit and loss responsibility for the Meters, Relays, and Digital Solutions portfolio.
• Drive global alignment of product development, regional requirements, and segment execution to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and coach the product management team and oversee marketing communications and assets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, sales channels, and global product line teams.
