Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division in Moon Township, PA, is seeking a Product Line Manager - Connected Products to lead digitally enabled hardware offerings across Meters, Relays, and Trip-Units. The role offers relocation assistance within the United States.

You will own the strategic marketing plan, P&L for the lines, and go-to-market execution, with responsibilities spanning roadmap, pricing, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, strategic planning, operations, or product line management.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the product line aligned with engineering, finance, operations, and peer lines.
• Own the product roadmap and portfolio (Trip Units), driving development, upgrades and launches.
• Develop and execute go-to-market, pricing, and marketing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Own full P&L for the Meters, Relays, and Digital Solutions portfolio, delivering targets.
• Lead product management team and maintain relationships with customers, sales channels and global teams.
