Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager in Moon Township, PA, a hybrid role with relocation assistance for qualified U.S. candidates.

You will lead cross-functional teams on globally integrated NPD programs within a phased gated framework, ensuring schedules, cost goals, quality, and stakeholder communications are aligned with business objectives. The candidate will oversee program plans, manage risk, and drive improvements across MCCB, ACB, MV circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters and M&R offerings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product development or engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management; responsible for schedule, budgets, product quality and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages programs from beginning to end and develops comprehensive program management plans to achieve objectives.
• Working with team members and resource managers to meet allocations and fill gaps.
• Clearly defines scope of work and builds plans to achieve; manages scope challenges and stakeholders.
• Monitors program performance against plan, communicates, adjusts and drives actions to address gaps.
• Ensures adherence to phase gate methodology and tools across the program team.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, develops contingency plans and seizes opportunities.
• Facilitates clear communications with stakeholders and presents go-forward plans.
• Elevates issues to decision-makers and secures required support.
• Drives achievement of business and financial commitments and analyzes impact of decisions.
• Demonstrates leadership, recognition of team members and perseverance through challenges.
