Job summary

Ontic is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead integrations strategy within a scalable, API-first framework. You will own the roadmap for connectors, data models, and marketplace evolution, partnering with engineering and GTM to deliver value-driven features.

Focus will be on developer experience, AI-enabled workflows, and measuring impact with business metrics. Collaboration across teams is essential to align with customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years in Product Management for SaaS/cloud; 4+ years in integrations/APIs.
• Proven success launching API-first products, platforms, or marketplaces.
• Strong API and data model design knowledge (REST, webhooks).
• Experience with iPaaS tools, preferablyWorkato.
• Collaborates across engineering, GTM, and customer teams.
• Familiar with AI technologies and AI-powered product capabilities.
• Strong DX focus and developer documentation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations roadmap, prioritizing ARR impact and scalability.
• Define API contracts and canonical data models.
• Collaborate with Integrations Architect on frameworks and marketplace.
• Conduct benchmarking to keep DX fast and reliable.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Coordinate with GTM and Customer Success on packaging and pricing.
• Champion developer experience and self-service tooling.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities for integration workflows.
• Define and track success metrics for integrations.
• Represent the voice of the customer in roadmap decisions.
