Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations, to own API strategy and bi-directional data flows across our creator ecosystem. You’ll bridge the creator platform with customers and external systems, defining integration standards and roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and partnerships.

You will lead inbound data ingestion and outbound publishing, translate complex requirements into clear product backlogs, and drive GTM initiatives for 3P integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience with at least 3+ years building APIs.
• Experience designing with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and Webhooks.
• Bi-directional data structures (JSON/XML) and modern auth (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys).
• Familiarity with iPaaS solutions to accelerate partner connectivity.
• Experience collaborating with sales/enablement teams to align APIs with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and justify product enhancements and integration standards across the platform.
• Oversee Integrations development: inbound data ingestion and outbound publishing.
• Analyze customer specs and determine optimal integration architecture with tech leads.
• Translate integration vision into clear product requirements and backlogs.
• Facilitate technical discussions with enterprise clients and partners.
• Own the full lifecycle of Integration and SDK products from strategy to GTM.
• Collaborate with business and marketing to define global go-to-market for 3P integrations.
