Job summary

Ontic is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the integrations product roadmap, focusing on API-first contracts, data models, and developer experience. You will partner with the Integrations Architect to scale through a standardized, low/no-code framework and drive monetizable platform offerings.

You will collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to translate market needs into robust product requirements, while elevating the integration ecosystem and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management for SaaS or cloud platforms, with 4+ years on integrations, APIs, or data platforms.
• Proven success in defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of API and data model design (REST, webhooks, event-driven).
• Experience with iPaaS tools; hands-on with Workato preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, GTM, and customer teams.
• Familiarity with AI tech including LLM-enabled tools and automation.
• Deep focus on developer experience, documentation, and tooling.
• Analytical and prioritization skills tied to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders.
• Bonus: integration packaging/embedded iPaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrations product roadmap, prioritizing by customer value and ARR impact.
• Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.
• Partner with Integrations Architect to evolve frameworks, marketplace, and end-to-end experience.
• Lead competitive benchmarking to keep the platform best-in-class for DX, speed, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Customer Teams to translate needs into product specs.
• Drive alignment with GTM and Customer Success to package, price, and position features.
• Champion the developer experience (DX) with documentation and self-service tooling.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve integrations workflows and automation.
• Define and track success metrics; use data to inform roadmap decisions.
• Be the voice of the customer for integrations and evolving ecosystems.
