Job summary

Kleos is building a zero-to-one HR platform for global teams. You will own the HRM vision, define the MVP, and chart the path to a standalone product that acts, not just stores records. You’ll work with design, frontend, backend and QA to deliver the MVP and validate with HR leaders and clients across distributed workforces.

You’ll shape strategy from day one, align with cross-functional partners, and set actionable metrics to drive adoption and impact in a fully remote, international context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for B2B SaaS
• Hands-on HR tech experience (HRIS/HRM)
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features in production
• Understanding of global employment and contractor rules
• Strong discovery skills with regular customer interviews
• Comfort with data, metrics, and querying product data
• Ownership mindset; comfortable leading a new product with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Own the HRM vision and strategy; turn it into a concrete product and value proposition
• Build on existing EoR/CoR data; create a unified view of workers across employees and contractors
• Define the active layer with AI-driven alerts, recommendations, and actions
• Ship the MVP; write PRDs, prioritise backlog and coordinate with design, frontend, backend and QA
• Interview HR leads, finance and founders to validate direction with customers
• Collaborate with platform leads, compliance, sales and support on cross-sell opportunities
• Define and track product metrics (activation, admins, actions completed, attachment rate) and report results
