You'll partner with HR, Product, Design, Engineering and IT to drive automation strategy, governance and data analytics while mentoring teammates and delivering

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with low-code automation tools.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Strong data privacy and compliance awareness.
• Ability to translate pain points into automated solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

• Automation Strategy & Ownership: inform improvements to HR experience and outcomes.
• Workflow Optimization & System Integration: map processes and architect automated workflows.
• Low-Code Development & AI Implementation: prototype and deploy automations.
• Governance: design multi-agent patterns and guardrails with human oversight.
• Observability & Data: build automation dashboards and data quality checks.
• Leadership & Enablement: mentor team and drive best practices.
