Job summary

ActAI is a remote-first global team building AI-native applications for everyday tools. We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations to lead our global HR foundation and ensure scalable, compliant processes across countries.

The role combines hands-on execution with strategic process improvements, overseeing onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employment documentation with local partners and EOR providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and a strong understanding of global HR operations.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with process improvement and working across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations across the global employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that scale across countries.
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employment documentation with local partners and EOR providers.
