Mysten Labs is hiring a Product Lead to translate emergent agentic technologies into tangible products customers can understand and buy. You’ll work with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering to identify problems, prototype quickly, and bring strong opportunities to market.

You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization from concept to launch, shaping a new product category and business around agent capabilities and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in Product Management, Product Design, or related roles.
• Proven track record taking new products from ambiguity to launch and adoption.
• Startup or entrepreneurial experience with ownership under uncertainty.
• Strong prototyping skills using AI-assisted tools to build experiences.
• Experience defining products with customers, validating demand, and supporting pilots.
• Commercial judgment on packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM.
• Strong UX instincts to make complex tech approachable without reducing controls.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritize customer problems our agentic products can solve.
• Lead customer discovery with our CTO to understand buyer needs and adoption barriers.
• Rapidly create prototypes and interactive demos using AI-assisted tooling.
• Test concepts with customers and iterate on experience, scope, and value.
• Define product requirements and work with engineering to productionize prototypes.
• Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM with sales.
• Design experiences making agent capabilities and policies understandable.
• Balance customer needs with reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
• Define success metrics across value, adoption, conversion, and revenue.
