Mysten Labs is hiring a Product Lead to translate emergent agentic technologies into customer-friendly, commercially viable products. You will identify problems, prototype solutions rapidly, and guide opportunities from concept to market, collaborating closely with the CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering.

You’ll shape the product category, customer experience, and business model for agent-driven offerings, influencing packaging, pricing, and GTM decisions while ensuring usability and governance,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Product Management, Product Design, or related roles.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous opportunities into validated products and launches.
• Entrepreneurial experience with ownership of shipping under uncertainty.
• Strong prototyping and experience with AI-assisted tools for product experiences.
• Experience working with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots.
• Commercial judgment in packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex tech for users.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations and production readiness.
• Hands-on, influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize customer problems our agentic products can solve.
• Lead customer discovery with the CTO to understand buyer needs and adoption barriers.
• Rapidly create prototypes and interactive demos using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
• Test concepts with customers and refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
• Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn prototypes into production-ready offerings.
• Help shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, and GTM strategy with sales.
• Design experiences that explain agent capabilities, permissions, and oversight to users.
• Balance customer needs with reusable, scalable capabilities.
• Define success metrics across value, adoption, conversion, and revenue.
