Mysten Labs, Inc. is building the next generation of web3 infrastructure and agent-enabled products. We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define the commercial opportunity, engage enterprise buyers, and translate emerging AI agent technology into real business value.

You will shape offerings, pricing, and pilots while partnering with CTO, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption. You will own the end-to-end sales process, identify priority industries, and establish a repeatable path

Competenze

• 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a track record of closing complex agreements and building executive relationships.
• Startup experience: building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers.
• Established network of enterprise buyers in commerce, services, or regulated industries.
• Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value.
• Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams.

Mansioni

• Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market.
• Build and expand relationships with decision-makers across enterprise buyers in target sectors.
• Own the sales process from discovery through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand workflows, priorities, and deployment requirements for AI agents.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements and demonstrations.
• Define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures; validate with customer conversations and actual deals.
• Create a repeatable approach to move customers from experimentation to production.
• Establish pipeline discipline and prioritize opportunities with strongest commercial potential.
