Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a strategic Customer Support Training Team Lead to scale a centralized team of 5–8 Trainers. You will own end-to-end training architecture for Trust & Safety support, including User Safety and Live Safety, ensuring readiness for new product features and SOP changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in training, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Operational Training, Learning & Development, or Customer Support Enablement, with 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end training operations in high-volume support and content moderation environments.
• Experience designing Train-the-Trainer programs and managing training compliance across outsourced vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management with peers, product, policy, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a high-performing team of Trainers; set OKRs and learning paths for US Trust & Safety.
• Design and maintain end-to-end learning governance, onboarding curricula, and ongoing paths.
• Oversee Train-the-Trainer frameworks and ensure vendor trainers meet standards and certification requirements.
• Drive readiness for product launches, SOP changes, and quality initiatives with LMS-based simulations.
