• Experience: 5 years in program execution, operations management, implementation, change delivery or other cross-functional operational execution roles.
• Execution Leadership: drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Rollout & Adoption: translate large initiatives into rollout plans and ensure adoption across stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with central teams while staying aligned with project owners.
• Operational Judgment: identify blockers, manage ambiguity, maintain delivery momentum.
• Communication & Visibility: provide structured updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of a few major organization-wide programs at a time with milestone tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with global initiative owners and USDS teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
• Translate large-scale initiatives into clear operational plans and implementation paths across LoBs.
• Ensure rollout and adoption plans, readiness checks, and issue tracking post-launch.
• Surface risks and blockers early, drive resolution through coordination and escalation.
• Embed operational excellence and automation to strengthen scalability.
