Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Product Launch Coordinator to bridge product management, marketing, sales, and support for routine releases. You’ll drive GTM plans, enable internal teams, and lead cross-functional launch activities to maximize adoption and value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or preferred.
• 3+ years in enterprise software development or IT with at least 1 year on product launches or PM.
• Strong risk and quality management understanding.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee product launch plans with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Legal; execute playbooks for new launches; act as GTM readiness lead; organize content for company-wide presentations.
• Internal Readiness: Ensure Sales, Implementation, Service, and Support have knowledge and tools; create training materials, FAQs, playbooks, enablement tools.
• Project Management: Oversee launch plans, track progress, manage risks, hold regular launch meetings; mitigate timeline, scope, and quality risks.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align and refine post-launch strategies.
• Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Track metrics, collect stakeholder feedback, and iterate enablement materials.
• Education And Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years in enterprise software/IT; PM experience; travel may be required.
