Paylocity is a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider. The Product Launch Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring successful product launches and adoption for Paylocity’s routine releases.

The role bridges product management, marketing, sales, and support to deliver value to customers and internal teams. We seek a dynamic, results-driven professional to coordinate cross-functional playbooks, organize content for internal presentations, and ensure awareness of product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years in Enterprise Software Development or IT, with at least 1 year on product launches or project management.
• Experience managing small to medium projects, with risk and milestone tracking.
• Strong understanding of quality management and risk mitigation.
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee product launch plans with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Legal.
• Lead GTM readiness and alignment across departments and playbooks for routine launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and create training materials for internal teams.
• Identify risks in the launch process and implement mitigation strategies.
