Job summary

AXS, a major live-entertainment company, seeks a Product Knowledge & Enablement Manager to craft client-facing education for complex products and workflows, strengthening the Knowledge Base as a primary self-service resource. You will partner across Product, Operations, Client Services, and Training to translate product knowledge into actionable content and AI-ready resources.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in product education or knowledge management.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or ticketing workflows.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation and playbooks.
• Experience with product releases and GTM initiatives.
• Familiarity with information architecture and search optimization.
• Ability to use AI tools with human review.

Responsibilities

• Create client-facing education for complex products and workflows.
• Develop playbooks, checklists, and job aids for users.
• Improve Knowledge Base content structure and searchability.
• Design and deliver advanced client education and adoption activities.
