Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external knowledge tools and products including intranet and client data platforms.
• Ensure information flows across all knowledge platforms.
• Coordinate product updates and ongoing improvements with stakeholders.
• Onboard and support external clients/users and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing for external-facing product positioning.
