Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in maturing a product-led organization for talent technology. You will shape governance, investment strategy, and the technical roadmap, aligning user needs with delivery, and steering Client Zero initiatives across enterprise scale.

The role partners with demand management to translate ideas into business cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria, while coordinating delivery across enterprise

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle practices, decision rights, and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap aligning priorities, architecture, funding, sequencing, risk, and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and enterprise scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating needs into requirements, coordinating delivery across business and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, and value.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architectural fit.
• Establish product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, cost, risk, and realized value for scaling or retirement decisions.
• Align leaders, users, product managers, tech teams, vendors, and partners on outcomes, requirements, and commitments.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and launch readiness with delivery partners.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition through implementation, adoption, and readiness for enterprise scale.
