Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education or hospitality preferred.
• 21+ to operate Rivian vehicle; 18+ for basic eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, educate customers and exceed expectations.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead-to-drive, sales orders influenced, NPS results.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay updated with training.
