Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company is seeking a Director of Product to drive growth across WRAL Media’s digital platforms, including WRAL.com, the WRAL News app, and connected TV apps. This is a growth and strategy role — owning the roadmap, prioritization, UX standards, and revenue opportunities across web, mobile, and TV properties.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Sales, Brand, News and Technology, define data & insights priorities, and establish Go-to-Market strategy as the product

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of digital product management experience with a roadmap ownership track record.
• Experience growing digital audience, engagement, or revenue across web, iOS/Android, and CTV/smart TV.
• Proficiency with product analytics platforms and design tools; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns product growth across WRAL Media platforms and related properties.
• Sets the product roadmap, prioritization, UX standards, and growth goals.
• Translates opportunities into revenue-ready packages with cross-functional partners.
• Defines measurement criteria and reports growth against goals.
• Leads future Go-to-Market Strategy Lead selection as the org evolves.
• Serves as home for Data & Insights initiatives when established.
