Rubrik is seeking a strategic product growth professional to design monetization models and drive pricing decisions for core platform products and new initiatives. You will collaborate across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to execute business strategies and translate data into actionable recommendations.

You will apply MBA-level analysis, partner with teams, and mentor colleagues while contributing to Rubrik's mission to secure data and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

Qualificações

• MBA from a top program; Spring 2027–2028 graduation preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
• Domain expertise in B2B SaaS; familiarity with AI or cybersecurity products a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling, market analysis, and problem-solving with data-driven insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executive-ready presentation skills.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to dive into technical product landscapes.
• Collaborative leadership with ability to influence across functions.
• Execution-oriented with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution and implementation of pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions across core platform products and new initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to implement new business strategies.
• Synthesize complex data and market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Be a player-coach, guiding team members to improve capabilities and foster high performance.
