Job summary

We seek a Product Manager to own how Retool expands, monetizes AI usage, and enforces controls across the organization, partnering with engineering, design, data, and finance to ship prioritized platform features.

You will lead initiatives from discovery to launch, drive adoption, and iterate based on customer feedback and usage data.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping technically complex products.
• Technical depth to discuss metering pipelines, billing infrastructure, and AI workloads.
• Comfort with numbers and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap across expansion, monetization, and controls.
• Identify adoption blockers and ship platform changes; measure results.
• Collaborate with engineering on enterprise platform features for onboarding, sharing, and spend management.
• Work with data and finance to understand unit economics and pricing impact.
• Partner with enterprise admins and sales to align AI spend with business goals.
