Job summary

Motive is seeking a Director of Product Strategy, Monetization & Operations to own the commercial and financial engine of our R&D organization. You will drive revenue, pricing, packaging, margin, and cost-reduction initiatives across Product and Engineering, reporting to the Sr.

Director of Product and building your own team. The role requires analytical rigor, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking.
• 5+ years in corporate strategy or business operations.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong partnership across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM.
• Experience hiring and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue expansion strategy and pricing governance.
• Manage R&D cost data and product margins.
• Partner with product leaders on revenue and cost initiatives.
• Size new product lines and run proofs of concept.
• Shape multi-year product and company strategy.
• Run R&D operating cadence and executive reporting.
• Hire, build, and lead a strategy/ops team.
