Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product in Oak Brook, IL to partner with the Store Leader to elevate merchandising, product storytelling, and customer experiences on the sales floor. You will drive visual standards, user-focused displays, and seamless product flow to maximize sell-through.

You will own merchandising execution, train Team Members on styling and product knowledge, and lead with a customer-obsessed mindset while aligning with brand campaigns and store goals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership role focusing on visual merchandising or customer experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions and floor leadership.
• Strong ability to train and motivate a team towards brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Own visual merchandising strategy and execution to elevate displays and storytelling.
• Lead floor layout, product flow, and replenishment to maximize sell-through.
• Coach Team Members on styling, product knowledge, and campaign launches.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation on assortment and visual tools.
• Maintain store standards, presence, and customer experience during peak hours.
