Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to elevate merchandising and customer experiences on the sales floor. You will own visual merchandising, guide product flow, and coach Team Members to tell the product story with confidence.

This role partners with the Store Leader to drive KPIs, ensure operational excellence, and bring the SKIMS brand to life through compelling displays. Experience with a fashion retail environment is preferred and flexibility for evenings and weekends is

Qualifications

2-4 years of retail leadership experience focused on visual merchandising and customer experience.
Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising decisions and floor leadership.
Strong visual merchandising skills to create impactful store displays.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to motivate and coach team.

Responsibilities

Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution with the Store Leader.
Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and ensure visually shoppable displays.
Coach Team Members on visual best practices and product knowledge.
Monitor floor standards, replenishment, and floor sets.
Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation partners for feedback on assortment and visual tools.
