Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Product Experience Lead Associate Director to guide a flagship data and AI experience for a major enterprise customer. You will own the outcomes, roadmap, and priorities, aligning stakeholders across design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact releases.

You will shape the business case, define reuse opportunities, and translate strategy into a phased, executable backlog. Collaboration with a senior designer and a technical program manager will be central to

Qualifications

• You own product outcomes, direction, and priority with outcome-based roadmaps.
• You have led enterprise software products at scale with multiple stakeholders.
• You build journeys, service blueprints and future-state visions.
• You define value and reuse for one customer into offerings for others.
• You plan stakeholder and user interviews and separate validated problems.
• You design and lead workshops aligning senior stakeholders across functions.
• You have shipped complex data experiences including UAT.
• You collaborate with architects, engineers, and technical leads.
• You define and hold the vision for an agentic AI experience with trust.
• You understand agile delivery and work with Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes, direction and priorities; translate vision into roadmap.
• Align senior stakeholders, map needs and turn priorities into clear decisions.
• You define business case and determine what is unique for this customer.
• You earn trust of technical leads and drive reliable execution.
• You lead product direction across Kyndryl Vital projects.
