Kyndryl Inc. seeks an executive leader to guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering mission-critical digital transformations across Fortune 500 client accounts.

You will shape strategic agendas, align business goals with modern IT systems, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships. You will steer engagements across Enterprise Resiliency, Cybersecurity, and AI-enabled infrastructure, ensuring high performance, client satisfaction, and sustainable margins.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in C-suite relationship management and consultative selling within a major consulting or corporate environment.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale, complex technology engagements.
• Deep domain experience in Enterprise Resiliency, Cyber Resiliency, Incident Response, or Hybrid Infrastructure modernization.
• Demonstrated capability in business development, pipeline conversion, and expanding enterprise client accounts.
• Established executive presence and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with CXO executives across Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
• Lead C-level customer interactions, helping clients frame strategic change agendas that solve business challenges through modern technology.
• Deliver expert advice on complex digital transformations, boosting client satisfaction and securing executive references.
• Drive significant financial outcomes by achieving revenue targets, expanding account backlog, and managing profitability margins.
• Identify, pursue, and convert high-value business development opportunities into long-term consulting engagements.
• Lead scoping efforts, risk management assessments, and fee negotiations to ensure commercial success and healthy deal margins.
• Design and deliver complex engagements across Enterprise Resiliency, Incident Response, Cyber Security, and AI-enabled infrastructure.
