Job summary

Hidden Jobs is building an AI operations platform that lets autonomous agents run end-to-end work across enterprise systems. As Product Engineer, you will own features from UI to API, data layer, and deployment, measuring impact against customer metrics.

You will ship full-stack features in short cycles, define MVPs, and ensure high-quality interfaces and reliable backend services. Collaboration with product/design and hands-on AI work are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping user-facing features end-to-end with ownership.
• Strong product judgment to scope MVPs and select metrics.
• Hands-on with AI systems: orchestrating LLM calls, parsing outputs, human-in-the-loop review.

Responsibilities

• Take ambiguous requirements and ship full-stack features to production in short cycles.
• Define MVP scope, pick key metrics, drop work that doesn't improve outcomes.
• Build interfaces and backend services that interact with LLM outputs and approval flows.
