Job summary

11x is seeking a product-minded fullstack software engineer to build the core experiences that power our AI agents. You’ll work across the stack from user-facing product experiences to orchestration and deployment of autonomous agents, collaborating with Product, Design, and AI/Engineering.

This role can be remote, but aligns with Pacific Time hours for close collaboration with the team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product-oriented software engineering and strong skills in Typescript,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in product-oriented software engineering.
• Strong foundation in TS, React, NextJS and NodeJS.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with rapid learning and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on fullstack systems that power AI agents.
• Research and evaluate agent orchestration and prompting strategies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve UX for non-technical users.
• Share learnings and document findings to evolve internal best practices.
• Participate in peer reviews and technical deep dives with the team.
