Job summary

Alan is hiring for its Ops AI Platform team to build a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work, integrated with internal and external tools. You will help shape architecture, product direction, and the foundation for scalable automation.

You’ll have influence on system design, tooling, and the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI agents, with opportunities to mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong background in full‑stack software engineering and systems architecture.
• Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus.
• Product‑minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human‑in‑the‑loop, internal tools UX, multi‑agent architectures, and see your work deployed in production.
• You’ll implement new capabilities for AI agents, and tooling to make ops autonomous on the creation, evolution, monitoring and evaluation of their agents.
• You’ll work on making our system scale, going from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily.
• You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring).
