Job summary

Future is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to build AI-powered features that enhance product experiences and business outcomes. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from concept to production—designing intelligent systems, validating them with real users, and delivering scalable services.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prototype quickly, and iterate based on data.

Qualifications

• Strong Python production experience and systems thinking.
• Hands-on with LangChain/LangGraph and LLM tooling.
• Experience with production-grade validation and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents with tool-calling LLM systems and streaming outputs.
• Design evaluation harnesses and quality scoring for safety and personalization.
• Own prototype to production lifecycle: evals, deploy, monitor, iterate.
• Improve latency, reliability, and cost via prompt caching and observability.
• Develop tools used by agents with API integrations and data validation.
